Service Description
Formerly know as HIIT class. BURN is a full-body, timed interval class focused on building strength and improving endurance. We use intervals like 40/20, 30/10, or 20/10 to keep the workout moving, but you control the weights, pace, and intensity. Every class is strength-based, scalable, and designed for all fitness levels. Whether you’re just getting started or looking to push yourself, BURN meets you where you are. Expect to feel stronger, energized, and yes… a little burn 🔥 without pressure to go all out.

By participating in workouts at Vibe Fitness Studio, you agree to the following: Participants must be 18 or older, or have guardian consent. You confirm you are in good health and have consulted a medical professional if needed. You acknowledge that exercise involves risk and you voluntarily choose to participate. You are responsible for your safety and for using equipment properly. Vibe Fitness Studio is not responsible for injuries or damages caused by unsafe use of equipment or personal negligence. Cancellations must be made at least 5 hours in advance of the scheduled workout. By participating, you agree to follow safety guidelines, understand the risks involved, and accept full responsibility for your participation. You release Vibe Fitness Studio and its instructors from any liability for injuries, damages, or claims arising from your participation.
