30 Day Shred is a 30 day coaching experience for women who already train and are ready to tighten up, build muscle, and raise their standards.

 

For the month of March, we lock in.

You will follow a structured 5 day progressive overload lift split designed to build lean muscle while strategically supporting fat loss. Finishers and core are programmed in. Optional conditioning is included for those who want to push harder.

 

Nutrition is not left to chance. Your shredding meal plan is included with high protein templates, repeatable meals, and a simple grocery list so you can fuel your body properly while staying consistent.

 

This is advanced. This is focused. This is disciplined.

 

Inside 30 Day Shred you will receive:

• 5 day progressive overload lift program• Core and finishers programmed weekly• Optional conditioning sessions• Structured shredding meal plan• Daily discipline standards• Weekly coaching check ins• Direct access to Mikayla inside the app• Private coaching container capped at 25 women

 

Daily standards include:

• Lift 5 days per week• 10,000 steps daily• Hit your protein target• Hydrate properly• No alcohol• Daily check in inside the app
