As a mom to two girls and one boy, I know how important it is for young girls to feel strong, confident, and supported in who they are. 

I created the Teen Strong program after my own daughter said she wanted to build strength to help with her performance in Volleyball. I knew I could offer to help more young girls build strength the right way — through safe, effective weight training, mindset work, and positive community support.

At Vibe Fitness Studio, I’ve built a judgment-free, uplifting space where women and girls of all shapes, sizes, and backgrounds can show up, be seen, and grow. I’m a huge believer in women empowering women — and that starts with the next generation.

I can’t wait to welcome your daughter into the Teen Strong family.
